It may be difficult to find a sphynx breeder, as the breed is very rare; a reputable breeder will never allow to surrender an animal to the rescue.
The breed is also known as a Canadian Hairless cat that is a rare breed of cat with extremely little fur, or at most a short fuzz over its body, and no whiskers (vibrissae.) The skin is the same color their fur would be.
